The man at the desk was absolutely amazing helped with wvreything but the girls need a little more training I also think this hotel is alit busier than other hotel in the surrounding areas and could be more helpful if they had more experienced staff at the reception

Great staff, especially Ms Misbah from front desk. Very clean hotel, good rooms, good restaurant. Good location in the center. Close to railway station, supermarket on the other side of the street. Will come again!!!

it is called customer delight. The staff did everything to satisfy the visitor. The food quality and service was excellent.

Liked everything but they need facilities for our drivers as it was no where he could have stayed so I had to book another room for him as I couldn’t let him sleep in the car for 3 nights.
